By accessing this website or engaging Architecting Life LLC ("Company," "we," "us") for coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Architecting Life provides life and career coaching services. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused partnership designed to help clients clarify goals, build momentum, and create meaningful change in their careers and lives. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. It does not diagnose or treat any mental health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional.

You agree to: • Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process • Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions • Provide accurate information when completing forms or questionnaires • Attend scheduled sessions on time or notify us in advance if you need to reschedule Results from coaching depend largely on your commitment, effort, and readiness for change. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Coaching sessions are conducted via video call unless otherwise agreed. Scheduling is managed through our booking system. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your coaching agreement.

Fees for coaching services are agreed upon before the engagement begins and outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Payments are due as specified in that agreement. All fees are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update our pricing for new clients at any time.

We treat everything shared within the coaching relationship with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information or the contents of our sessions to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during coaching — is the property of Architecting Life LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Architecting Life LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our relationship shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any specific results will be achieved through coaching.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
